When someone is dying many lives are affected. Patients, carers, families and friends may all need support. At Trinity we help terminally ill people to live what is left of their lives to the full, through specialist end of life care bringing dignity, comfort and freedom from pain. We also help carers, families and friends to cope with the emotional and practical pressures they inevitably face.
Trinity continues to provide individual care and support to people in need in our central and south west London community.
• All our services are provided free of charge to over 2,000 people every year.
• It costs nearly £8 million each year to continue to provide our specialist palliative care services. We recieve just on third of our funding from the NHS.
• We face the huge challenge of raising more than £5 millon every year.
We rely on the support of the people and organisations in our community to meet our fundraising needs. People like you.
